A people-first approach

We understand that people are the beating heart of our business. That’s why we’re committed to the training and development of both our staff and our colleagues. We believe in building long-term, win-win relationships with people at every stage, from employers and employees to members of the community.

Our company has supported a range of great causes, from Macmillan Cancer Support, Teenage Cancer Trust, to our current charity; Haven House Children’s Hospice. And beyond charity work, we fund local youth sports initiatives and community projects that make our world a better place.

We’re all about giving back

We believe in helping people, whether that’s to find work, or to find staff. And beyond this we’re committed to helping where it matters. Since starting, we’ve proudly supported numerous charities and causes. In 2018 we raised over £37,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Alongside this we’ve backed various local youth sports projects. Today, we continue to be an active and supportive part of the community.

This year, we will be supporting Haven House, a charity providing vital services for life-limited children. Since 2003, the children’s hospice has stood by over 900 families caring for a child with a life-limiting condition, and we’ll be standing by them.
