Top 5 Recruitment Trends

As one of the UK’s largest regional agency networks, it’s important for First call contract services to understand recruitment trends across the UK.  Between April and May, jobs.ac.uk conducted a large online survey to help provide recruitment services information to enable them to make informed decisions on future business strategies.

The top 5 trends were identified as the following:

  1. The lack of skilled/quality candidates is the biggest challenge facing all recruiters across the UK.

  1. Cost reduction is the biggest recruitment priority.  For many companies reducing costs is still at the forefront of businesses strategy, often the use of an outside company like First Call can alleviate some of this financial burden.

  1.
