Ann Alderton started with First Call Contract Services within our Tottenham branch in January 1999 as an Administrator. In 2007 she was promoted to the position of Service Consultant, then again in 2008 to Branch Manager, the position she still holds today
Ann describes her progression with First Call Contract Services :
“From the bottom upwards- and I have managed to do this solely with the support and guidance of my colleagues and the Directors.
Daniel Mankelow, now Ops Director was a Service Consultant in Tottenham when I started as an Administrator. He then became manager and helped me to become a Service Consultant with internal training and support. He then went on to encourage me to work towards the Manager position in Tottenham. I can honestly say without him believing in my abilities within each role, I would probably still be an Administrator- or would have left to find a different kind of challenge in another company. I am proud to be part of First Call Contract Services. “
Ann believes that becoming a Manager created an opportunity for increased support from the other Directors.
Her experience of continued professional development, has provided a platform for continued prosperity within the company, both individually and as part of a successful team.
