It’s no surprise that here at First Call Contract Services we are very proud to be one of the UK’s largest regional agency networks, providing recruitment services to both candidates finding employment and clients fulfilling positions.  None of the high quality services that we provide would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our employees. As the company grows so does our geographical coverage, which is why we have recently expanded our sales team with the addition of three new sales consultants covering Essex, East London and Sussex.

The recent appointment of Mike Busby (pictured right) has enabled First Call Contract Services to strengthen their on-site recruitment management function. Mike who has over 10 years experience in winning and implementing on-site recruitment solutions for various business across many industries has said, “I take a view that with a large volume user of temporary staff, the only way to add true value to the service and company is by creating a partnership rather than a supplier and user relationship.” He goes on to say, “by doing so, we take complete accountability for a section of their business, which may have previously been a challenging area and manage all expectations allowing them to concentrate on growth and supply.”
