Bespoke Training Becomes Part Of Our Service

Training has always been an integral part of any role, as it is with constant training that not only can existing skills be kept up to date but new skills can be learnt. First Call Contract Services decided to incorporate this into their business strategy. This entails offering a training partnership for clients and workers, all completely free of charge.

Our dedicated department will provide training, tailor made to each client’s unique specification. It provides the workers and businesses a progressive training program from day 1. Immediate, medium and long term strategies will be based around three areas:

  • Pre-employment

  • Employability

  • Apprentices

Offering training can help not only the individual workers themselves but also the clients.  Training allows companies to look at a much wider pool of candidates when looking to fill a role. It also ensures that candidates are appropriately skilled for the task or job at hand, alleviating the issue of hiring someone only to find that their skills perhaps didn’t completely fit the role. The major bonus for clients is that it reduces risk.

Training in general can aid with employee motivation, increase competitiveness and profits, especially when the businesses doesn’t need to cover the cost associated with training.
