Client Implementation & Development Jordon Spencer

Jordon Spencer joined the company in September to take the mantle of Implementation & Development Manager. Jordon had a wealth of experience implementing and working on complex projects such as Royal Mail Group so it was not long before he was off the starting blocks in record speed due to a number of key account wins early on.

Due to a change in our sales approach it quickly became evident that clients and colleagues deserved truly dedicated support and so a new role was created.

When a client decides to change their supplier of temporary labour and partner with First Call Contract Services; it is the first weeks when the client’s team and the colleagues alike need our support.

Our dedicated team ensures that strategic supplier changes do not affect the client’s operation and colleague’s daily working lives.

Jordon and his team have already implemented five projects worth in excess of £9M per annum in the first four months in his new role. These have included worker transfers, as well as immediate development projects such as productivity and added value client enhancements.
