Natalie Finch, Natalie Holliday & Alice Cook are participating in the Race for Life’s 5k Mud Run at Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead on Saturday 3rd September 2016 in aid of Macmillan.
The Pretty Muddy Hemel Hempstead route is set within the grounds of Phasels Wood and is definitely cross country. Through woods, on grass paths, over hills and with some great twists and turns – a little challenging but great fun!
