First Call Contract Services are looking for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to work at a multi-national bakery based in Southall, West London. Our client, who supplies baked goods to UK supermarkets and retailers, has won several large contracts recently and are looking for talented an dedicated individuals to join their team.

You and your team will be responsible for managing stock movements across their UK warehouse network, planning and processing orders, and liaising with distribution partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Amongst others, day to day duties will include:

- Verifying and confirming stock movements made via each relevant platform.
- Organizing and ensuring consistent and timely availability of accurate paperwork.
- Ensuring despatch paperwork is correct to Customer requirements.
- Producing standard Management Reports and KPIs on request.
- Solving stock issues in liaison with Warehouse Operations Team.
- Assisting stock taking process when required.
- Scanning, filing and archiving.
- Ensuring accurate costing of direct and primary distribution.
- Receiving and managing all Third Party Bookings.
- Accurate UK product stock replenishment into internal / external storage
- Stock reconciliation.

You will need all of the following attributes to be offered the role:

- High level of analytical skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Relevant stock control and distribution experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, especially excel (pivot tables, formulas)

Your hours will be 09.00 - 17.30, Monday to Friday. However, as part of a team you are expected on occasion to commit to assisting the needs of the business by contributing to the cover required for holiday and / or sickness absence taken by your Colleagues. During these periods you may be required to work an alternative shift pattern consisting of 12 hour shifts (07:00am – 07:00pm and 07:00pm – 0700am) and / or consisting of a 3 on 3 off rotating shift pattern and including weekends and Bank Holidays.
