David Mankelow, Daniel Mankelow and Bradley Mankelow have taken on the challenge of participating in the Pain & Suffering 10 Mile Obstacle Race at Rockingham Castle on Sunday 26th June 2016 in aid of Macmillan.
This obstacle race is the bigger and much tougher brother of The Suffering. With a 10 mile minimum distance, 35+ obstacles and Rockingham Castles unforgiving Great Park; this race has been designed to break even the fittest!!
