I joined First Call Contract Services as an “Onsite Account Manager” in the summer of 2015. I was recruited to look after a new customer site, and I was really impressed by how much support and time was given to me by our Implementation team.
They made sure that I had all the training that I needed to make sure that I could be successful in my role.
One of things that I realised about First Call Contract Services was the professional and dedicated approach that they show to both customers, and its employees.
Due to the nature of my role, there are times when being “On call” means that I am working unsocial hours. The business does everything it can to ensure that I retain a work life balance, which I find is more important than anything else.
I take great pride in finding work for the local community, and feel proud that we can make a difference to people’s lives.
I am really glad I took the opportunity that First Call Contract Services gave to me, I have learnt so much in my time here.
