First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a Car Park Supervisor for our clients busy retail operation based in Camberley, GU47.
This exciting permanent role will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a team.
Full training and company inductions will be provided.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and has immediate interviews and starts available.
Role Summary and Responsibilities:
- Have experience of supervising a small team on a daily basis
- Be able to provide excellent levels of customer service
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keeping car parks clear of trolleys and traffic during busy periods
- Be able to manage a staff rota and hours
Candidate Skills and Experience:
Ideally candidates will come from a retail background and have an experience of managing car parks or facilities within a retail environment.
Hours of work are Monday to Sunday, working 5 out of 7 days including weekends, 7.00am to 4.00pm, times depending on business levels and may vary.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays are essential.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Starting salary is from £28.5kpa + company benefits and overtime.
