Food Production Operatives – Holbeach, near Spalding
We have an amazing opportunity to work for a nationally recognised potato packing manufacturer, considered to be the leader in its field.
Pay rates from £11.52 to £11.95 per hour.
The roles are varied from: tray stackers, packers, quality checkers, and vegetable checkers
This role is long term with excellent opportunities for a permanent placements.

Shifts for Production Operative:
- Day Shift 07.00 to 15.30 Monday to Saturday
- Saturday shifts are alternate, with a day off in the week.
Pay:
- £11.52 for quality inspection, packers, and veg prepping (moving line work)
- £11.95 for the faster lanes quality check (moving line work)
- £14.40 OT pre 12 weeks
- £17.28 post 12 weeks employment
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of General Operative:
- Packing items
- Checking potato for damage before packing
- Counting bags and completing baskets
- Stacking potatoes
- All roles are swapped throughout the day
- Cutting vegetables, make them uniformed ready for packing
- Assisting the machines in the packing area
