We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be the leader in its field. The role of Team Leader is based in Rugby.
We are looking for confident individuals with a background in Distribution and Operations (pick and pack or assembly work). Our team works on Voice driven picking and an AS400 operating platform, full training will be given but the successful candidate should be pc literate.

Shifts for Team Leader:
- 06:30 – 14:30
- 15:00 – 23:00
- Rotating shift pattern (06:30 – 14:30 & 15:00 – 23:00)
- Base Salary – £27,700
- Shift premium 7.5% (5% am shift, 10% pm shift)
- Attendance allowance £18.75 per week
- There are a number of additional benefits including sick pay, pension, etc
The structure of our team is Controller x1, Team Leader x1, plus Operatives in each department. The Team Leader is responsible for mentoring and monitoring the Operatives to deliver quality and productivity.
