    What you’ll do:

    ● Manage team scheduling, attendance, holidays, and payroll for a warehouse team
    ● Hire, train, and provide coaching to Mechanics.
    ● Coordinate the procurement process for equipment orders, and office supplies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in sourcing and delivery.
    ● Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.
    ● Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
    ● Collaborate with stakeholders to select equipment that aligns with the company’s design and aesthetic standards.
    ● Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the warehouse.
    ● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by completing all assigned actions and tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
    ● Support with day-to-day operational tasks and additional ad-hoc job-related tasks as assigned.
    ● Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all aspects of the role, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    About You:
    ● 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position, office management, or administrative role
    ● Experience leading teams or groups preferred
    ● Excellent time management and communication skills
    ● Fluent verbal and written English language skills
    ● Familiarity in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
    ● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    ● Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
    ● Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the ability to work well with others – teamwork is key to success!
