Distribution Administrator
First Call Contract Services Ltd are looking for an experienced Administrator to work for our client based in Enfield:-
Pay & Shift Pattern:-
- £14.90ph
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 16:00
The ideal candidate must have:-
- Excellent administrative & PC skills
- Build working relationships quickly & be able to deal with some difficult customers
- Organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely & accurate manner.
The main responsibilities include:-
- Debriefing their delivery drivers
- Filing driver & fleet records
- Answering telephone calls
- General administrative duties as required
