Shifts: 22:00PM – 06:30AM – 4 workings days with 2 days off
Duties:
Proactive management of cleaning teams on an individual and group basis, ensuring that all SLA’s are met
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders/clients
Responsible for stock management and stock takes
Ensure that the team maintains quality standards of cleaning
Set an example and deliver legendary service
Efficiently plan and allocate tasks to team members
Monitor the team to ensure all members are working to agreed standards
Responsible for signing in and out equipment
Complete final walkthrough with the teams
Responsible for ensuring absence management processes are effectively managed for cleaners, with those absent effectively reported to Managers.
Ensure that the employees perform their jobs effectively. Ensure good management practices including effective appraisals and assessment are applied in order to achieve optimum staff performance, timekeeping, development and retention.
Ensure all paperwork is managed and processed in line with GDPR (general data protection regulation)
Requirements:
Previous supervisory / management experience
Previous experience in aircraft cleaning or related field preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Pay: £12.45 per hour, weekly payments every Friday. Bonus incentives in place.
