We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised waste management business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £15.39 per hour to £16.23 depending on length of service. The role of HGV 2 Dust Cart Driver is based in St Albans.
You will require a Valid HGV 2 entitlement on your license, Digi Card and Driver CPC training. We offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Shifts for HGV 2 Dust Cart Driver :
- 06:30-15:30
- Monday to Friday
Pay for HGV 2 Dust Cart Driver :
- Under 12 weeks = £15.39 per hour
- After 12 weeks = £16.23
- Paid Weekly
Main Duties of HGV 2 Dust Cart Driver :
- Drive and operate waste collection vehicles – please note the vehicles are rear steer.
- Deliver the highest standard of customer service as you will be dealing with members of the public.
- Communicate effectively with the office, management and your loaders.
- Assist with loading waste when required – this role is more than just driving!
- Completing accurate vehicle checks at the beginning and end of shift.
