    Job Title: Administrator (Trainee or Experienced)

    Location: Saffron Walden, Essex

    Salary: £23,000 – £25,500 per annum, depending on experience and hours worked

    Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm

    Overview:

    Our client, a friendly and well-established business based in Saffron Walden, is looking to welcome a new Administrator to their team. This role is open to individuals at the start of their career, as well as those with previous admin experience – they’re more focused on finding the right person than a specific background.

    The position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive office environment, with full training provided if needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • General admin duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and document management
    • Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
    • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
    • Helping to prepare reports, documents, and presentations
    • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
    • Assisting with general office coordination
    • Providing support across the business as needed

    What They’re Looking For:

    • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
    • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Someone with basic computer skills
    • Friendly and professional communication skills
    • Previous admin experience is welcomed but not essential – full training will be provided
