Digital Transformation Project
First Call Contract Services have recently completed phase 1 of a Digital Transformation project.
This has seen the implementation of multifunctional Internal CRM, and a tailored online registration platform for job seekers. The new CRM has already delivered significant time and cost savings for teams across multiple functions resulting in more time being spent on worker and client engagement.
The online registration platform has been designed to provide candidates with the fastest and simplest route to securing work. In a recent survey, 83% of users found the new process “Quick Easy” First Call Contract Services’ team have now begun work on phase 2, which focuses on providing improved client efficiencies.
