During the ALP Roadshow – Leading the Field – London, held in March 2014, the ALP produced a draft example detailing the level of service solution they would expect labour users to be receiving within the next 5 years. It was suggested that much has changed within the industry and this particular kind of solutions is perhaps at least 5 years away from fruition. Interestingly however, First Call customers are already enjoying a service solution which is above and beyond the ALP benchmark standards.
