First Call Contract Services commitment to compliance and continual improvement is recognised

June was a busy time for us at First Call Contract Services, we saw the annual ISO renewal audit carried out. This is always an intensive and thorough process.

Four of our branches were audited by the SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. The process took four days and resulted in not one non-conformance being raised.

As David Segust confirmed: “This year’s audit was without doubt our most successful ISO to date. The fact that no non-conformances were raised, is testament to our commitment to continually improve our business for the benefit of our clients and employees alike.”

Being audited is an excellent way for us to be bench-marked against quality and integrity within the recruitment services industry and allows us to stay ahead of our competitors, making sure we truly are offering the best service to our clients that is possible.
