David sits on the GLA Labour Provider and Labour User Liaison Group, GLA Communications Group and attends ALP Executive Committee meetings, ensuring he is fully up to date on any GLA matters.

Over recent years there has been a surge of new legislation affecting our industry. Having a team in place to deliver and roll out the necessary changes across our business ensures that both our brand and that of our clients is protected. This has become increasingly relevant with the upsurge in volume of Ethical Trading audits now taking place within the supply chain.

Our compliance is measured and monitored by the results obtained from our extensive internal audit programme. In addition, there are numerous external audits undertaken through the year ranging from pre-supply audits to ISO 9001. Employment Businesses must also complete a bi-annual industry standard compliance test, set buy the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Our last REC compliance test was taken in November 2015 and we scored 97%.
