    Job description

    MUST HOLD FULL UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE–

    Overview

    You will be a key component in the safe turnaround of aircraft, this includes the loading and unloading of passenger baggage, cargo & mail. The safe and on-time delivery of passenger baggage and be part of the team that delivers a safe arrival and departure.

    Main accountabilities include:

    • On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically, in accordance with the relevant training received
    • Carry out equipment inspections.
    • Report any faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities or processes to the appropriate management.
    • Operate position and remove company equipment, in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the relevant training received.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Customer and safety focus.
    • Full UK Driving License.
    • The ability to lift and move heavy baggage and work outdoors in all weathers.
    • A respectful, friendly and supportive approach.
    • Reliability, punctuality and organisational skills.
    • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

    SHIFTS : 6 on 3 off – rotating shifts – need to be fully flexible to work early and lates shifts
