To be part of the team at Heathrow Airport that makes sure passenger baggage is delivered through the baggage system and transported to its loading bay for departure.
Manually transferring passenger baggage both on and off the baggage systems.
Moving baggage through the use of baggage vehicles for a quick and effective process, where customers are ensured the best customer service.
To keep a strong and positive attitude towards prioritising the safety of workers so everyone is sent home safely.
To work in a safe and secure environment at all times in line with training and encourage others to do so, to report any Health and Safety issues that could occur.
Following all security regulations and all legal requirements.
Work within Health and Safety guidelines at all times; driving to exemplary standards within the Baggage Hall and associated roads.
Making sure all items of company property and equipment are properly maintained and protected.
Carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Company.
Shifts and Pay:
- 7 on 3 off and 7 on 4 off
- £13.86 per hour, weekly pay
- Working hours – between 5am – midnight
What you need
- FULL UK manual driving license
- A flexible approach to work
- Good attitude in team work
- Prepared to work in all weathers – rain or sun or snow or all three!
- Happy for early mornings and late nights
- Great attitude with a can do approach to work.
