Bike Mechanic Team Leader
Salary: £15.00/hr depending on attendance and performance
What You’ll Do:
● Lead a team of +8 Mechanics while assigning daily tasks as needed and
ensuring workflow is efficient and thorough.
● Perform a variety repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part
replacement.
● Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks
assigned
● Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
● Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse
● Evaluate performance of your team and give performance feedback
● Receive additional training to become a great mechanic!
● Oversee and train new mechanics while maintaining a team oriented
environment and integrating new mechanics to the team
● Additional job related tasks as assigned
About You:
● Experience as a mechanic in the automotive/transportation industry
● An Electrical engineering or mechanic background – qualifications such as
Cytech level 2 or similar are hugely advantageous
● Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 30kg on a frequent basis required
● Ability to operate a mobile device including having knowledge of in
app-based workflows. iOS experience preferred
● Good communicator with the ability to read and follow instructions
● Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others –
teamwork is key to success!

Pay :
- £15 per hour
- Paid weekly
