First Call Contract Services are recruiting for a butcher for our multi-sector catering client in the West Drayton area.

Requirements / Experience

You will need to have relevant experience in the industry

You will need product knowledge and butchery skills to include:

Portion control experience with attention to detail and accuracy to avoid wastage when cutting, boning and preparing meat
Ability to work to a consistently high standard under pressure.
Be able to operate machinery
100% commitment to in-house, high quality hygiene and safety programmes.
Be energetic and be able to work as part of a team
Must be punctual, reliable and have good attendance record
Have good spoken English skills
Ideally have own transport for early morning starts

The role is full time with an immediate start.

Pay rate: £27,500 – £30,000 depending on experience

Shift: Mon – Friday 6am 2.30pm (But need to be flexible to customer needs)
