First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor for our clients busy retail operations based across the Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth areas.
This exciting permanent role will suit someone who enjoys working in a varied retail cleaning environment and wants to be part of a team.
Full training and company inductions will be provided.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and has immediate interviews and starts available.
Role Summary and Responsibilities:
- Have experience of supervising a small team on a daily basis
- Be able to provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- To manage a deep cleaning rota, across a number of locations and shops
- Have an experience of deep cleaning and facilities
- Be able to manage a staff rota and hours
Candidate Skills and Experience:
Ideally candidates will come from a cleaning background, ideally within a retail environment however all backgrounds will be considered. Candidates will also have an experience of managing a small team or facilities operations.
Hours of work Monday to Thursday OR Sunday to Wednesday on a fixed rota, 40 hours over a 4 day working week. 7.00am to 5.00pm.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays are essential.
A valid driver’s license is required due to the nature of this role covering a number of locations. A company vehicle is provided.
Starting salary is from £26kpa + company benefits and overtime.
