The role:
- Working hours 09:00 – 17:00
- Hybrid working available (3 days in the office, 2 at home)
- Base Salary – £30,000 +
- There are a number of additional benefits including sick pay, pension, etc
Working within the Client Services team, the individuals would be working on a number of customer accounts. The role involves taking queries from our clients and giving clear responses as well as managing order flows from the client through to our operations team.
We are looking for individuals with a background in Client / Customer Services or Warehouse Administration. The team uses a combination of an AS400 and SAP system (SAP is limited to 1 client), the successful candidates should be pc literate and be able to demonstrate an understanding of Distribution systems and terminology.
