Food Production Operative
We have an exciting new opportunity for temp to perm Food Production Operatives to join working for sausage and burger warehouse based in Tunbridge Wells.
Must drive due to remote location
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6AM – 3PM/until finish
40 hour working week.
Pay rate:
£11.44 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes to create delicious sausages and burgers.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to shape and package products.
- Ensure quality control measures are followed at all stages of production.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Person Profile:
- Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to read and understand instructions.
- Ability to count accurately to enable the correct picking of stock.
- You will be reliable, self-motivated, a strong team player and will have a flexible approach to work.
