General Operatives – St Ives, Cambridgeshire

- Maybe you prefer 16.00pm to 12.30am Monday to Thursday, with 13.00 to 18.30pm on Fridays?
This exciting opportunity is working for a globally recognised company within the golf industry.
- No waiting 3 months, start accruing 33 days holiday per year from your first day.

During your induction, will will have a tour of their operations, and you’ll be given the opportunity to work in the department of your choice.

Working pattern:
- 07.30 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday.
- 07.30 to 13.00 Fridays.
- 16.00 to 12.30am Monday to Thursday
- 13.00 to 18.30pm Fridays.
Hourly rate:
- £11.44 per hour AM
- £13.16 per hour PM
- £11.95 per hour AM – Assembly
- Paid weekly
- 33 days holiday per year
Warehouse, Ball Packer or Assembly main duties:
- Packer – working at your own desk area, picking and packing golf balls.
- Warehouse – pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Machine training – 12 week course working in assembly, working with golf clubs
- Able to work under pressure, these roles are measured, you are given offer you full support to reach your goals.
- Using bespoke tools.
- Working well as part of a teamwork.
