Shifts for Grounds Maintence:

• 06:00 to 14:00
• 07:00 to 16:00

Pay :

• From £11.44 per hour
• if you have a driving licence £12.26
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of a Grounds Maintence:

• Work as part of a flexible team in performing horticultural services such as grass cutting and strimming to agreed work schedules and contract standards. Drive from site to site as required.
• Undertake shrub bed or other horticultural maintenance as directed, including the planting of seasonal bedding.
• To undertake pitch maintenance including white lining, erection of goal posts etc.

• Support the supervisor and other colleagues with the aim of achieving daily and weekly targets.

• Report on issues that affect the day to day running of the grounds maintenance operation.

• To undertake any training deemed necessary to enable ones own progression and to ensure the grounds maintenance operation is effective in reaching or exceeding its targets.
• To act as a point of contact for members of the public whilst carrying out duties in the Borough
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good teamwork
• Follow the health and safety policy, which includes wearing PPE and uniform.
• Perform duties in a safe and courteous manner, remembering at all times that you are an ambassador for the company.
