Are you looking for a new permanent contract HGV class 2 Driver position? Our warehousing client based in Acton, Suffolk is looking for a new member of there team.
Summary:
- Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
- No evenings, overnights or weekends
- £30’000 – £35’000 dependent on experience
- Based in Acton near Sudbury, Suffolk
- Mostly local work
- Permanent Contract
Responsibilities
- Drive HGV 2 lorries to transport goods and materials to various locations
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in compliance with traffic laws
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns before and after each trip
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years HGV 2 experience for insurance purposes
- Valid driver cards and HGV Licences
- Able to commute reliably to warehouse outside of Sudbury (remote location)
