What can you expect working as a Line Leader;

• Managing and lead production lines, managing up to 20 colleagues.
• Promoting best working practices and quality control.
• Promote a safe space for colleagues.
• Regular KPI checks.
• Complete daily reports; breakdowns, different jobs etc.
• Working closely with your Line Manager.

What can you expect from our client:

• You will be given continued support and collaboration, ensuring you’re never alone in your tasks.
• Regular shifts, advanced rota’s
• Excellent hourly rate

Our client’s expectation of you:

• Clear communication and organisational skills.
• Experienced in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in responding appropriately to problem solving.
• Experienced in the ability to motivate your team, and communicate good individual results.

Shifts:

• Day shift start 08:00, up to 17:00 – during peak expect 12 hours shifts
• You must be flexible with start time and finish times
• 5 days between Monday to Sunday
• OT available
• Transport available from Peterborough – ask for further details

Pay:

• £13.44 per hour
• Paid weekly
