First Call Contract Services are looking for an administrator to support their town centre office in Ipswich.

Hours of work:
- 08:00 to 17:00
- Monday to Friday
Pay:
- Up to £13.00 per hour
- Paid weekly
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advertising our various vacancies, and calling applicants
- Assisting in registering new candidates
- Administering our in house CRM system
- Checking paperwork
- Scanning and filing
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
You do not need any experience to apply, but a desire to perform to the best of your ability, good work ethic, basic IT skills and good communication skills are essential.
