    Job Role: Operations Administrator

    Salary: £24,862 per annum

    Hours: 40 hours per week, 09:00am- 17:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

    Location: Chessington

    Summary of Role:

    The Operations Administrator is responsible for organising and performing all administrative tasks in a timely and logical manner. The role requires the ability to multitask, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and provide support across various areas of the office environment as directed. This position ensures all transport and warehouse paperwork is completed and processed accurately.

    Job Accountabilities:

    • Processing Paperwork: Manage paperwork from all departments and provide reports for analysis.
    • Data Accuracy: Keep all relevant spreadsheets and systems up to date.
    • Export & Consignment Management: Oversee exports and daily carrier consignment management.
    • Customer Delivery Notes: Create customer delivery notes and assemble driver folders.
    • Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders for supplier goods in deliveries.
    • Filing: Maintain an organised and accurate filing system for all paperwork.
    • Stock Count & Reporting: Assist with stock counting and reporting tasks.
    • Customer Credits: Process customer credits, validate orders, and provide reports to investigate picking, loading, and dispatch errors.
    • Communication: Answer the phone politely and professionally.
    • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management as needed.
