Machine Production / Manufacturing Operatives – St Ives, Cambridgeshire

This exciting opportunity is working for a globally recognised company within the golf industry.

Prior to your induction, you will have a tour of their different operations.

Working pattern:

• 07.00 to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.00 to 13.30pm Fridays.

Hourly rate:

• £11.44 per hour (increasing April 1st)
• £11.95 per hour (increasing April 1st)
• Paid weekly
• 33 days holiday per year

Machine operative main duties:

• 12 week training program.
• Learn how to use the individual machines.
• Amending golf clubs to order.
• Lengthening, shortening, increasing, decreasing the weight.
• Changing club-heads.
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given offer you full support to reach your goals.
• Using bespoke tools.
• Working well as part of a teamwork.

Pack and Print operative main duties:

• 6 week training program.
• Learn how to use specific golf ball print machines
• Full support given during your training – one on one coaching
• Regular feedback on performance

• Learn how to repack golf balls.
• Amending boxes to order.
• Learning all the variety of golf balls

• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured
• Using bespoke tools.
• Working well as part of a teamwork.
