We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised food manufacturer, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £13.15 per hour. The role of Quality assurance is based in West London, Greenford.
Must have minimum 1 year experience.
Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage internal audit schedule and conduct audits (GMP, hygiene, fabrication, glass & brittle plastic, CCP).
- Ensure audit completeness, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain team compliance consistency.
- Investigate complaints, non-conformances, and supplier issues, collaborating with QA Auditors for resolution.
- Perform product checks and testing (organoleptic, pH, aw, salt content).
- Manage micro sampling, environmental monitoring plans, and oversee swabbing of raw materials and finished products.
- Organize organoleptic panels, conduct shelf-life testing, and compile laboratory reports.
- Communicate out-of-spec results to QA manager and manage quarantine system, product release, and label checks.
- Supervise QA team, ensure task completion, schedule adherence, and foster a culture of food safety and quality through coaching.
- Conduct compliance training (Induction, CCP) and assist in troubleshooting and investigations.
- Ensure product quality, legality, and safety, adhere to QA budget, and achieve KPIs.
- Enforce company rules and processes across staff at all times.
Shift:
Monday to Friday 06:30 to 16:30
