Recycling Supervisor
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised Recycling business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £32K per year depending on experience. The role of Recycling Supervisor is based in Letchworth.

Shifts are:
Pay :
Main Duties of Recycling Supervisor :
- Ensure all operations are compliant with Health and Safety Standards, Company Policies, Procedures and Waste Management Legislation
- Effective management of resources and services report any problems to Contract Manager
- Ensure your team and operations meet targets
- Conduct daily and weekly audits to ensure all operations meet Health and Safety Standards
- Maintain work reports and vehicle logs
- Update employee/ related paper work to include time sheets, holidays, sickness/absence
- Organisation staff communications, meeting and training
- Carry out any other such reasonable job related tasks as the company may require you to undertake from time to time
Key characteristics:
- Previous experience of working with or managing a team.
- Previous experience of Street Sweeping and/or Refuse Collection (as appropriate).
- Minimum basic computer skills.
- Clean British Driving Licence.
- Must be willing to assist on street cleansing / collections as required.
