First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a Stock Controller for our clients busy warehouse operations based in Northampton, NN5.
The company produce and supply a range of automotive products and are looking to add to their team. This is an exciting time to be joining our clients team with expansions planned throughout 2024.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
This role would suit a current Stock Controller looking for a new challenge, or an experienced Warehouse Operative with an experience of Stock Control and Order Picking and Inventory.
Candidate duties will include:
- To manage all stock levels and inventory lists within the stores department
- Ensure a high level of communication between colleagues and management is maintained and information flow is of the highest standard, ensuring stock levels are correct at all times
- Ensure contractual customer service levels through the efficient running of the stores and stock operations
- Ensure senior management are kept informed of all operational issues within the stores department
Candidate experience will include:
- Have ideally worked within a stores or inventory department
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Have an understanding of warehouse systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a good understanding or warehouse operations including order picking and packing
Starting salary: £30kpa + excellent company benefits.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
