First Call Contract Services are recruiting an experienced Transport Administrator.
The role will be based in Tottenham.
We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar transport environment so you’ll likely have some of the necessary skills. Problem solving, strong admin skills and thinking on your feet will be key in this Transport Admin role. Experience using excel and courier systems would be ideal
Transport Admin Duties
* Creating order numbers for suppliers
* Responding to queries from customer services reporting on SAP
* Support and cover for Holiday and Sickness within the Transport Team
* Attention to detail
* Maintain accurate and up to date transport documentation
* Compile daily reports and KPI’s
* Fork Lift / pump truck licence would be beneficial
* Use a variety of software packages to manage data in accordance with GD PR and produce documents/ invoices.
* A basic knowledge of working time directive and vehicle restrictions
* Be competent in MS Office.
* Strong numeracy and literacy ability with a special attention for detail.
* Previous administration and fleet experience is ideal
Salary £13.20ph – £15 depending on experience
