Our client is looking for a Receptionist with previous experience to join their team in Ashford, Kent. You will be an enthusiastic, friendly, organised, pro-active and motivated person with excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.

The purpose of the Customer Service Receptionist is to attend to and welcome visitors, deal with enquiries on the phone, face to face clients and customers. Supply information regarding the organisation to the general public.

Working Hours: Day shift 40 hours a week, however, the nature of the position is that you will be expected to work such hours as are necessary in order to fully carry out your duties
• 30 minutes unpaid break
• Monday to Friday


Duties & Responsibilities
• Answer telephone promptly and politely
• Screen and direct calls
• Take and relay messages where required
• Provide information to callers
• Make recommendations to improve the answering of customer calls/ switchboard calls
• Greet persons entering the company, following security protocols including issuing of visitors badges, etc
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• General administrative and clerical support
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Assist Customer Service Advisors in managing inbound and outbound calls where required
• Any other management request
